Yak 40
A very sporty rare bird descended on Den Helder Airport at the end of October. It was a Yak 40 triple-engine jet plane that brought the players and coaches of the Ventspils basketball club from Latvia to Den Helder to play two matches for the Northern European Basketball League (NEBL). After the games, the group returned to Latvia.
